  • Monthly Payment: $360

ALL-STAR PACKAGE (Recommended for athletes looking to play at the next level)

  • 24 strength and conditioning training sessions (2 sessions per week) at $85 per session or $2,040

  • Includes two training sessions per week, programmed workouts designed specifically for you 3+ days per week, nutrition coaching, and monthly testing

  • Monthly Payment: $680

MVP PACKAGE (Recommended for athletes looking to play at an extremely high level)

  • 36 personal training sessions (3 sessions per week) at $80 per session or $2,880

  • Includes three strength and conditioning training sessions per week, programmed workouts designed specifically for you 3+ days per week, nutrition coaching, sample meal plans, video recording to send to college and professional scouts, and monthly testing
