Includes two training sessions per week, programmed workouts designed specifically for you 3+ days per week, nutrition coaching, and monthly testing

MVP PACKAGE (Recommended for athletes looking to play at an extremely high level)
36 personal training sessions (3 sessions per week) at $80 per session or $2,880
Includes three strength and conditioning training sessions per week, programmed workouts designed specifically for you 3+ days per week, nutrition coaching, sample meal plans, video recording to send to college and professional scouts, and monthly testing
